Let’s Be Honest—Life Is Hard Sometimes
We all do our best to cope, but sometimes, even our best isn’t enough. Maybe you’ve been carrying sadness, stress, or shame that you just can’t shake. Maybe you’re tired of pretending everything’s okay when deep down, you’re not. You want peace, clarity, and a new direction but you’re not sure how to find it.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my life has been filled with many of the same challenges my clients face. I’ve been married for over three decades, raised four children, worked inside and outside the home, gone back to school as an adult, and navigated financial stress and parenting regrets. In our work together, I’ll help you discover what’s working and what’s not. We’ll look at thought patterns, coping strategies, and how your past may be shaping your present. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we’ll create practical, sustainable tools for growth—and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
If you’d like to include your faith in our sessions, we can lean on Scripture and biblical principles as part of the process. But if you’re not sure about that, we’ll focus on what makes the most sense for you. I’m here to meet you where you are—not to push you somewhere you’re not ready to go.
People have told me, “I trust you,” and “Meeting with you changed my life.” That kind of connection means everything to me. I want to create that same experience for you; one where you’re seen, supported, and empowered to move forward!
So, what’s your next step? Call (405) 921-7776 to schedule a time to talk. You don’t have to figure it all out before you start—just be willing to show up.
